The pine is here !
I have purchased 132 board feet of 22mm thick pine from a local millwork shop. In the photo below you can also see the construction lumber that I will be using for the strongback / jig to assemble all of the frames onto when they are complete.
I have used a 4'x8' sheet of MDF board to complete my layouts of all of the frames. I didn't do a grid system as it was suggested but something similar. I drew a vertical line that is centered on the width and a horizontal line that is parallel with edge closest to the bottom. The horizontal line is 240mm from the bottom which reflects the DWL on Frame C - all of the other Frames will be above the edge of the sheet.
Based on the size of the Frames, I will have to add a piece of MDF material on to the top of my layout table to be able to draw the tops of the larger ones. As you can see, the layout lines on the MDF will get confusing so I did one Frame at a time and cut the pine to suit each Frame and moved to the next one.
