Lets add some plywood supports

For most of the plywood gussets I left some edges rough on purpose ( not cut to size )

I took my time with the ends and the inside radius so they were nice cuts. The rest I left them a little bigger than what was required and finished the with another tool ....









I used a router and a panel trim bit with a pilot bearing to make the finished cut. It was an extra step but I think it turned out great. I did this with all of the gussets on the Frames.









FRAME E

On the bottom of Frame E I copied what B & B Yachts did on the bottom of that Frame by adding a "raised" support gusset on the aft side that will actually serve as the height of the foam filled area in the Crash Box.

Here is a video of me cutting the plywood with the router using the panel cutting bit. It turns out pretty good with that tool.
