The sides, bottom and chine pieces of plywood went on fairly quickly with the exception of the forward chine where it meets the bow. Basically I laid the full sheet of plywood over the frames, put a couple of screw in to hold it in place and traced the shape I needed. I left about 10mm on each edge for final trimming / beveling.
I used a hand power planer and belt sander to get the final shape needed.
I will add a few videos of all of that on my Youtube channel.
In the last picture ( might be hard to see the bow in the stringer ) I noticed that one of the stringers had a bow in it that would end up transferring to the hull shape if I had not saw this. It was bowed about 10mm where the hull in that area should be flat. I ended up using a C-clamp to pull it inward until I was finished fitting that chine plywood. Probably wouldn't have been a big issue but the Portside would have been bulged and the Starboardside flat. Goes to show you how much that material moves where it wants to !!
