Bow radius and filling holes

I am at the point of filling screw holes and sanding the filler down to make a smooth hull to start the fiberglass.


What would I do differently if I had the chance?

I would have purchased some shorter stainless steel screws. I have quite a few sticking through on the inside of the boat. Most of them will be covered up by a variety of things such as foam, bunks or in areas that I wont be accessing. The others I will have to cut them off and grind them down. Not great but thats the way it is.


BOW RADIUS

I was in contact with Piotr and when I wasnt praising him on the great work he is doing on Hull # 1 I had asked him about the bow and whether there was a dimension for the radius on the bow. He was great in responding right away and indicated that he used a 60mm radius.

I think mine turned out pretty good as you can see in the photos below.


I love the way you can see the different layers of the bottom plating, bow chines and the front bow pieces.
