The Plans indicate that there must be anchor points fitted in to various areas of the boat. These would be used to attach your personal lanyard. There are many ways to achieve a solid mounting area for these anchors but I have chose to simply use an additional layer of plywood and a stainless steel plate. The pictures that are shown below are from the 2 anchors that will be in the sole plate of the cockpit. There are multiple photos for this as it is hard to get the full visual on how these are mounted. I went an extra step further and bolted these through Frame A. My thinking was that I wanted my Canadian bacon to be secured to the boat with no doubt of the mounts pulling through the plywood. This will be the typical supporting structure behind all of the anchor points on the rest of the boat.
